Sukita Reay Crimmel is the founder of From These Hands, LLC. Coming out of architecture school with a new found love of earthen building materials, Sukita headed to Portland to manifest her vision of bringing earthen building materials into existing and new homes. In 2007, after five years of designing and building various earthen projects, Sukita focused on learning the trade of laying earthen floors. In 2010 Sukita is starting a new adventure. She will be teaching workshops to help bring more contractors and homeowners into the knowledge of using earthen building materials.
